MATERIALS
Both the collection of vessels and sculptures made at Daniela Plascencia Studio are handmade with clay extracted from different locations in the Sonoran desert. It is the nature of human contact, and the objects made by them, to be imperfect and unique; Those are characteristics that the artist celebrates and accepts as a creative process. Each piece is unique, no two are exactly alike. These are handmade products and not a mass product.
WATCH OUT
Clay is a semi-porous substance, so slight condensation on the bottom of the piece may be normal, especially on hot days. Daniela Plascencia Studio is not responsible for the marks left on the surfaces that the containers may leave due to the nature of the medium.
BROKEN MERCHANDISE
If your part arrives broken or damaged, we'll be happy to replace it. When contacting the studio with a report of a broken item, please submit a photo of the condition the part arrived in, its packaging, and any evidence of mishandling by the carrier so we have insurance purposes. Claims must be made within 10 days of shipment.
